NSW-Based Sales Manager and Representative

Represent Exisle Publishing to booksellers in NSW, Australia, manage key national accounts, and drive sales operations for backlist and frontlist titles.

This is a part-time, fully-remote role combining a base salary with sales commissions. We are flexible with arrangements and happy to adapt to suit the right person.

Exisle Publishing, an established independent publisher of non-fiction titles specializing in self-help, lifestyle, and memoir, is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated professional to help grow our sales in NSW and nation wide. You will:

  • Be the point of contact for booksellers in NSW
  • Regularly visit independent bookstores and key accounts in NSW to update them on Exisle’s new and key titles
  • Coordinate with our warehouse for orders 
  • Coordinate with authors and bookstores for events such as launches and book-signings
  • Manage key national accounts, including using the bespoke IT systems for major buyers and ensuring all submissions for new titles are supplied in a timely manner
  • Proactively drive sales of both frontlist and backlist titles

You will be paid a base salary plus a commission on sales in the NSW market.
