Margie Ulbrick is a relationship counsellor, psychotherapist, collaborative family lawyer and writer. Trained in Family Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Law and Collaborative Practice, she has many years’ experience working to help people create sustaining and nurturing relationships and work towards maximizing optimum health in families. As a relationship counsellor, Margie currently works with couples, individuals and families, and teaches the skills of mindfulness to assist in promoting healthy relationships. Margie’s articles have been published on websites and in journals, newspapers and magazines.

 

Dr Richard Chambers is an Australian Psychological Society award-winning clinical psychologist, executive coach, and keynote speaker. A global authority on mindful leadership, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies around the world. Richard is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Monash Centre for Consciousness and Contemplative Studies at Monash University, one of the original developers of the Smiling Mind app, and is the author of The Art Of Mindful Origami and co-author of Mindful Learning, both  also published by Exisle.
