“I’ve been really enjoying this book by Jan Marsh, and I’ve been sharing some of the things I’ve learned in my stories. My favourite section so far is where she explains the ‘purpose’ of depression. I loved reading about its functionality, something that I’ve been trying to convey to others for a while now but been unable to truly explain what I meant.
